Materials
- Bread pudding recipe:
- Panettone – 6 slices cubed
- 1 1/4 c milk
- 3/4 Talenti Sea Salt Caramel Gelato melted
- 5 eggs
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- To top:
- 3 scoops of Talenti Sea Salt Caramel Gelato
- dollop of fresh whipped cream
- 1/3 c caramel
Instructions
- Instructions:
- preheat oven to 350 F
- add your sliced panettone to a 9 by 16 pan
- whisk milk, melted gelato, 5 eggs and cinnamon and cover bread
- bake for 20-25 min
- To assemble:
- bread pudding, 2 scoops of Talenti Sea Salt Caramel Gelato, another slice of bread pudding, another scoop, followed by fresh whipped cream and drizzle of caramel!
