Who loves leftovers? š One of my favorite things during the holidays (besides leftovers) is Panettone. Iām excited to partner with @Talenti to show you how you can take your leftover Panettone bread to the next level, inspired by the Talenti Layers range. I like to use my leftover Panettone bread and make it into a bread pudding and layer it with Talenti Sea Salt Caramel Gelato, fresh whipped cream and caramel. MY SECRET to this recipe is I use the Talenti as part of my mixture for the bread pudding!
Materials
Bread pudding recipe:
Panettone - 6 slices cubed
1 1/4cmilk
3/4Talenti Sea Salt Caramel Gelato melted
5eggs
1tspcinnamon
To top:
3scoops of Talenti Sea Salt Caramel Gelato
dollop of fresh whipped cream
1/3ccaramel
Instructions
Instructions:
preheat oven to 350 F
add your sliced panettone to a 9 by 16 pan
whisk milk, melted gelato, 5 eggs and cinnamon and cover bread
bake for 20-25 min
To assemble:
bread pudding, 2 scoops of Talenti Sea Salt Caramel Gelato, another slice of bread pudding, another scoop, followed by fresh whipped cream and drizzle of caramel!
