5 ingredient BAGEL 🥯
Materials
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 baking soda teaspoon or 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup non fat greek yogurt
- 1 egg white beaten I used whole egg
- – I used everything bagel seasoning!! But optional but necessary 😋
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400. I use parchment paper on baking tray i spray bottom so it wouldn’t stick. Mix dry ingredients. Add yogurt. Will turn to small crumbles. Dust surface with flour and start to knead the dough till it doesn’t stick to your hands. Divide into 4 equal balls. Create a whole and stretch (till looks like 🥯). Brush with egg and sprinkle seasoning. I did both sides. Bake for 18 -20 min! ENJOY!!
