I saw a recipe on tiktok for 2 ingredient bagels (self rising flour and 0%fat greek yogurt) but I couldn't find self rising flour so I used all purpose and added baking soda and salt). This recipe is SO easy and they honestly tasted amazing. Tag me if you make them! I toasted them up and had them with cream cheese, lox, 🥑 and an egg!
1cupall purpose flour
1/2baking soda teaspoonor 2 teaspoon baking powder
1cupnon fat greek yogurt
1egg white beatenI used whole egg
- I used everything bagel seasoning!! But optionalbut necessary 😋
Preheat oven to 400. I use parchment paper on baking tray i spray bottom so it wouldn't stick. Mix dry ingredients. Add yogurt. Will turn to small crumbles. Dust surface with flour and start to knead the dough till it doesn't stick to your hands. Divide into 4 equal balls. Create a whole and stretch (till looks like 🥯). Brush with egg and sprinkle seasoning. I did both sides. Bake for 18 -20 min! ENJOY!!
