Traditional FETTUCCINE ALFREDO 🍝
- 1 lb fettuccine
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 lb grated parmigiano Reggiano
- Cook pasta to al dente and save 1 c of starchy pasta water.
- Melt butter , add pasta and use tongs to help coat the pasta, turn heat to low and add 1/2 the cheese and a little water at a time. Add the rest of the cheese and if you need more water add it to create a smooth sauce.
This recipe comes together really fast!
