🧀 ALFREDO topped with burrata 🍝
Materials
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 pint of heavy cream
- Half lb of pasta
- 1/4 c parm
- 1/2 c pecorino Romano
- 2 ounces cream cheese
- Salt pepper garlic
Instructions
- Cook pasta to al dente. Melt stick of 🧈 butter, add heavy cream on low for a few min. Add in cheese, cream cheese, salt, pepper and garlic and whisk until well combined. Add pasta and toss so all the noodles are covered. Transfer to plate and top with burrata, drizzle of olive oil and extra cheese. Enjoy!
