Spring PASTA HACK
Materials
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 8 oz feta cheese
- 12 oz dry spaghetti
- 5 c milk
- 1 lemon
- basil
- 1 1/2 c frozen peas
- 1/4 c parm cheese
- 1/4 c olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic
Instructions
- Add your cheeses and pasta to your casserole dish. I added the olive oil after but next time I’d add it in now to help prevent the pasta from sticking together. Add milk, frozen peas, zest of the lemon, minced garlic, salt and pepper.
- Bake at 350 for 55 min and make sure to mix half way. When it comes out Add the juice of the lemon fresh basil and parm cheese.
