Materials
- 1 Β½ cups light brown sugar
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 Β½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 8 oz Reeses
- 16 min white chocolate Reeses
- 1 1/2 c semi sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Whisk together the brown sugar, granulated sugar, salt, and butter until a paste. Whisk in the 2 eggs and vanilla, beating until light ribbons. Sift in the flour and baking soda, then fold the mixture with a spatula. Do not overmix. add in your chocolate chips and refrigerate for at least 30 min. Preheat oven to 350. Add your dough evenly into a 9 in springform pan. Using the white chocolate mini Reeses go around the perimeter. Bake for 15 min. Carefully remove from oven and add your giant Reeses and bake for another 35-40 min or until toothpick comes out clean. If you prefer your cookie a little more well done, cook for another 10 min and cover with tinfoil so the top doesn’t get too dark. Let cool for 10-15 min and serve!
