FETTUCCINE ALFREDO pasta HACK! 🍝
- 1 lb Dry fettuccine
- 5 c whole milk
- 1 c heavy cream
- 1 block cream cheese
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 c mozzarella
- 1/2 c parm/ parmigiano Reggiano
- Drizzle of olive oil
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Add your cream cheese, pasta, milk, garlic, S&P and cheeses to your casserole dish and drizzle top with olive oil. Bake and half way just give it a little stir around the outside. This produces a thick sauce and if you want to loosen it up you can add a little more milk or cream.
