Line your 9" Springform pan with twix. I used the 4 pack and the Twix are actually slightly shorter but feel free to use the regular size if that's what you find. mix your graham crackers and butter and tightly pack it to the bottom of your pan. Freeze this while you make your cheesecake filling. Beat your heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks and set aside. Beat your cream cheese and icing sugar until combined and then fold in your heavy whipping cream and nutella (or any hazelnut spread). Add this filling on top of your graham cracker crust. Let this set in the fridge overnight. Simmer heavy whipping cream and add this on top of your chocolate chips. Let it sit for a few min and then I used a rubber spatula to mix it well. I let it cool slightly and then added it to the top of the cheesecake and decorated with extra chopped twix and graham crackers (optional but pretty). Let set for another 2 hours and Enjoy!
