You prob have seen this recipe and what I love is you can make it your own or change it based on what you have in your pantry! They turned out amazing!
Materials
1cpb
1cpacked light brown sugarI only had dark and worked well
1egg
1tspbaking soda
Whatever jelly or jam ya have. I used 🍓
Instructions
MIX everything but jelly. Use ice cream scoop to make even balls. Use back to make a little dent to fill with jam. Freeze for 10 min. Bake at 350 for 10 min or so. Cool and add drizzle of pb if you feeling sassy 😉
My friend sent the article about freezing them and I could only fit a few in freezer but it really made them hold up more vs fall flat but they all tasted the same to me! Would love to see them if you try tag me and I'll repost in my story.
