Pastrami Reuben MAC and cheese ! 🥪🧀
Materials

lb
pasta - for this recipe I used radiatore

cups
half and half
3
eggs
1/2
stick butter
melted

cups
of cheese - since Reuben I used Swiss . I had creamy havarti and Dutch gouda at my house so added that in.

slices
rye toasted and into bread crumbs. I like having little pieces
Instructions
cook pasta till al dente
mix in all the ingredients into the pasta and toss till well combined
pour into casserole dish and top with extra cheese and bread crumbs
bake for 20-25min and broil for the last few minutes to get a the cheese brown and golden

Notes
I use my usual Mac recipe but added pastrami, Russian dressing deli mustard and toasted rye bread crumbs!
