Instructions
Make the mornay Sauce. I added the dijon right to the sauce. Cut shot glass size hole in 3 slices of bread.
Layer sauce, bread (without hole), ham, sauce, grated gruyere, bread with hole, rest of sauce and then Crack eggs in the hole. Bake covered at 375 for 20-25 and 10 min at 400 uncovered.
